Operations Assistant

We are an innovative start-up based in East London. We are a small team of hard workers with a passion for property and technology. We’re always growing and are now looking to add even more members to our team.
We’re looking for a well-organised, enthusiastic, diligent candidate to help our operations process remotely. As a valued member of our team, you will be required to:
• Communicate with our clients and partners by phone and email on a daily basis;
• Assist with all client queries.
The ideal candidate would be someone who:
• Has a good command of written and spoken English;
• Is confident with speaking over the phone throughout the day;
• Is suitably well-organised to manage a heavy administrative workload; and
• Is happy to take on responsibility.

Any experience in a customer service type role or a job where client contact over the phone was required is desirable but not essential. We just need somebody who’s willing to learn, excited by the potential of working at a start-up and ready to help us grow.
