Online Research of companies

Suited to someone who is good on computers and the web. Must have EXCEL experience and good typing skills.

I have a very large list of apprenticeship providers but would like someone initially to do a job of the following to 20 I will select. (There are 2000 on the list)... ideally want to see to what standard this job is done, so plan to select 2 people initially.

You will get 20 names of companies on an excel spread sheet

1. Research and find the company online.
2. Confirm that they do 'apprenticeships or work based qualifications' by looking at the copy
3. Find and input an full postal address plus telephone number for them.
4. Add their web address.
5. Add an email address if you can find one. But note if it is a general one or named one.
6. Check the website in 'our team' or 'about us' - to see if they list the name of any key contacts. if so - list one on the list - E.g Head of Apprenticeships. Operations Director.
7. If there is an email address for key contact add this to the list.
