MS Word templates

I need an MS Word formatting specialist to set up a template in two different formats.

We need templates formatted to side headings, with a feint vertical margin. It needs to be able to rotate between portrait and landscape.

We are heavy users of the docs, but clumsy with it so the template formatting needs to be elephant proof.
Having an occasional relationship with an external formatting person would be ideal as we always have report work etc where we get stuck.
