Microsoft Excel Customized Job Costing Spreadsheet

I need someone who specializes in Excel to help customize an existing spreadsheet or create a new project costing spreadsheet. The spreadsheet must have dropdown menus with the ability to pull information from database with different product names, supplier names, cost pricing, selling price, etc.

I have a current template that I can share but also open to suggestions. This spreadsheet is for job costing only with a database that we are able to add product names, supplier names, what supplier the product comes from, and both unit cost and selling price.
