Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: 3 - 4 weeks
We need assistance keeping track of information coming out of internal meetings and discussions. The main focus is turning meeting information into clear, usable records that can be referred back to later.
Rather than simply transcribing conversations, the work will involve identifying the important points, recording decisions that were made, noting outstanding questions, and separating agreed actions from general discussion.
For each meeting, the completed record should make it clear what was discussed, what was decided, what still needs attention, and who is responsible for any agreed follow-up.
The work may also include maintaining an ongoing action list as new meetings take place, updating completed items, carrying outstanding actions forward, and keeping the records arranged in a consistent format.
The finished material should give the team a reliable reference point after each meeting without requiring them to go back through lengthy conversations to remember what was agreed.
No external research or content creation is involved. The assignment is focused on organising information generated through the team's existing meetings and discussions.
This is a freelance opportunity, not a permanent position.
