Description of excel work: We need help working out the below with a formula

We sell stickers per m2 and want to try to keep our prices at around £40 - £30 for the first 4 meters due to only being small orders and after this need to go down to £4.8 at the £200 (40 m2) mark, £2.62 at the £500 (200 m2) mark and £1.77 at the (660 m2) mark.

We really need to do this without 200 m2 being for example cheap than 80m2.
