Manually transpose text from word to excel

I need someone or multiple someones to manually cut and paste text from word and rtf documents to excel documents. The word files are transcripts of court hearings, and each time a person speaks it will need to be cut and paste into a new cell in excel. In other words, there is no way to automate this, it is manually cutting and pasting small portions of word text into excel files. The word is not difficult but does require attention to detail as the excel files will be used for text analysis. There are a very large number of transcripts, approximately 2000, with each running about 45 pages in length. The suggested fixed price would be for a portion of the files rather than the whole amount and we can chat about the price. Thanks!
