Magento Data Entry

We have a new magento website that is due for completion in the next two weeks.

We initially have 140 (maximum) products to upload to the site along with 1-3 product jpegs per product. Some of the products only have 20 words, other products have up 200 words. Of the 20 water testing meters there will probably be 500 words. All of this information is capable of copy & paste.
The products are for a new hydroponic store, the products include plant pots. lighting, nutrients, grow tent & similar.

We have searchable supplier PDF catalogue, all the the photos have an reference number, all the product list is on the supplier invoice Hence from a reference number off the invoice, it is easy to obtain a description out of the catalogue and find the picture.

We also have 20 other water testing products that need listing from HM digital www.tdsmeter.com, Of these products we will send over a list of the products, the copy invoice listing the products, and also place the jpegs on a shared link on dropbox.

We do not need any price information listing.
categories would be appreciate if products can be put in the categories ( if mistakes made this is understandably acceptable).

In the next months we have many similar projects, some will involve direct data input, some will require data migration from one old website to a new website.

We are looking for a confident person who has completed similar jobs in the past. Work when starts to be completed within a week of agreed start date
