Looking for virtual assistant/assistant

I am running a successful virtual assistant business and looking for someone to help me out due to increased client load.

I need someone be available during a day, but the work can be done late evening too - as long as I know you are online and can get emails and ask questions about tasks I assign.

If you do not have experience at all - I am looking for someone who is willing to learn and the ways of doing things rather than teaching me how to do it, as I simple do not have time. (As long as it is not something specific - then I will provide instructions)

Most of the tasks will be internet research, can be some email marketing (advantage if you know Mailchimp), editig documents etc.

Please do not send a generic proposals, instead let me know if you are available to start immediately, if you are tech-savvy or not, if you are good with internet research etc. Be PERSONAL please ;)

May lead to permanent position, but at the moment is temp.
