Looking for a Virtual Assistant for Direct Mailing campaign

I require a Virtual Assistant to assist in Direct Mail Campaign for my photography business. The job will initially involve apx 3-4 hours per day, 5 days per week collating contact details and address information that will then be used to post marketing flyers to businesses to promote my services. A list of 40-50 contacts with correct details will need to be collated daily, inserted into Labels for printing and also personalised salutation for cover letter. Details to also be captured in Excel. Most of the information to be sourced can be found online but may require the odd telephone call to verify details if necessary. I will direct the person as required.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
Computer literate and ability to use all appropriate Office packages
Great attention to detail
Accuracy
Very Efficient
Good communication skills
