Listening to podcasts and create spreadsheet

I need a virtual assistant to listen through the podcast at this location http://www.newstalk1010.com/shows/lets-eat.aspx
Each podcast has a series of guests and typically at the end of each segment the interviewer, Zane Caplansky asks the guests their favourite restaurant in Toronto are. I am trying to compile a list of Toronto chefs and their favourite places to dine.
the product I am looking for is an excel spreadsheet with episode number, date, segments topics, guest names (could be more than one guest per show or segment), favourite restaurants. Each podcast is about 40 minutes,so i assume it would take 30 minutes (assuming some skipping) to go through each podcast. There are 38 podcasts so looking for a total of 20 hours approximately
