Linkedin search and contact list creation

I am looking for someone with good knowledge of LinkedIn to create a very targeted list of industry professionals with contact information for me. This may require a search on LinkedIn followed by some googling to collect all the necessary information for each contact. The focus is on personal shoppers, stylists and concierge services in London, UK only. I will provide all the information that is needed for each contact but how you manage to get it is up to you. You will not be required to contact these people, you just need to form the list.

I expect a list of at least 100 professionals within my stated budget.
