We have a Process flow in our business and would like to take it from Visio and turn it into an excel spreadsheet that employees can use to answer questions and based on the answers the spreadsheet would point the user to different stake holders. It would as a series of yes or no questions and then the user would press submit and when done it would take the user to a page that shows them which stakeholder need to be contacted and the information that they need from the stakeholder.
