I need three lists to be formatted into a table.

I am the Administrator for an Estate and I have three separate lists/emails from different people requesting personal items from the house of the person who has dies. I need someone to take these three lists of personal items and combine them into one tidy document and formatted so each item has a number and a description. This means that when we go into the house to clear it we can clearly see what items we need to put to one side. Each list is around 15-20 items long so I don't think it will take much time - 2 hours max - I just don't have the capacity myself to do it at the moment.
