I need my customer database collated and cleaned up!

We have a customer database spanning three years of sales. We would love for this to be cleaned up and collated into one large list, as currently they are split across 3 separate CSV files. We want to keep as much info in them for adding into marketing programs we use. Specifically Trustpilot and Mailchimp. So we need three lists. The main goal is to improve our data segmentation by having a comprehensive database.

1. Master database file.
2. Database file minus all of the opt outs on Mailchimp and Negative Feedbacks from eBay (both can be provided.)
3. A file to merge with the existing Mailchimp list to update info on the current subscribers.

There may be some ongoing work involved with creating a XLS file which can automatically update with new info from eBay.
