I need to create a folders/system to have all their information in one place that then it is easy for me to access when I need it. The info to gather consists of photos, video links, documents, info from emails...

    thank you for sending the bid.
    I would like to have a bit more information about the tasks needed, as I am an event manager I might have the right experience to help you out with the admin.
    I am able to create folders and organize in the most user friendly way even, as I have years of experience in events admin, I can understand that those information needs to be found as quick as possible when you need.
    I have a couple of question regarding this:
    -Is it an ongoing position or something that you need just for few hours?
    - Do you need me to come in the office or can be don remotely?
    -Do you work with some platform?

    I think it can be done remotely. I am looking to get help with my business when I need it, not sure how regular it would be at this point. I have a booking system where performers details can go in but it doesn't allow me to have/link photos. What I need is a performer's folder where each performer/act has its own folder with their details, fees, video links, photos and any other relevant information. The performers will have to be categorised by their act type for easy access. Does that answer your questions? Thanks! Eva
