I need data on two excel documents combining

I have two spreadsheets. One has products and correct quantities on it, but the products are separated into variants. This sheet does not have a price in it.

The other spreadsheet has incorrect quantities and the products are not separated into variants, but has accurate prices.

The descriptions of the products are the same in each spreadsheet.

I need the spreadsheets combining so that the second spreadsheet is updated with correct quantities (and these are not separated into variants). See snapshots.

This is required urgently. I am guessing someone with good knowledge of excel will be able to do this by formula- the sheets are far too big to do this manually.
