I need someone to review the highlighted PDF specifications and copy the highlighted data into an Excel document. The Excel document has three headings: Reference, Clause, RAG (the colour of the highlighter used); the reference and clause are simply copies and paste, and the Rag is a manual entry.

There are about 500 pages of information to scrape information from.
