I need someone who can help me with an existing spreadsheet (full of formulas), add another tab/section with conversions. It's very important the existing spreadsheet doesn't lose any of it's existing set up's/auto bits.
I am looking for the additional of a table of averages. As an example of this, when people sign up for the coaching package we sell, they get it for 2 weeks for free and then can either leave or sign up for £27 a month. Our existing excel model reflects when members sign up and when they cancel, they are automatically moved to the cancellation tab and the first page summary is updated.
What we would now like to see is the averages of those who convert, vs those who leave after 2 weeks. I think the only way to achieve this is to go line by line through the cancellations, but I don't know how to then produce an 'average' table to show in April X signed up for 2 weeks and X remained = %average. Then in May X signed up for the free and X remained after 2 weeks and paid.
We are then looking for a separate section on average conversion to our Academy. What that means, is we have got members signed up to the coaching package (mentioned above) and then shown them the other (much more expensive) coaching packages we offer and convert them from the £27 a month package to one of our other more expensive coaching packages. I will share a list of the ones who converted later, but if they could be put into a table, within the same spreadsheet and then if you can tell me how you did this, so I can make those updates myself going forward - it shouldn't ever be a long list to be honest.
Finally, if you are able to somehow show the info on cancellation tab in a more structured format? I can't think which column to sort by to achieve a view that helps to make sense of when they joined vs when they cancelled - does that make sense? If there are any duplicates on there, they will need removing, without messing the formula.
I have attached an example of the spreadsheet and I will share the actual spreadsheet once I've confirmed working with someone. Please don't update this spreadsheet, but perhaps just explain how you will do it and we can then proceed from there.
My expectation on this work is 1-2 hours maximum and I require the finished table by EOD UK time on Monday 14th Sept.
