I need an update on a excel sheet formula

These are the following steps you will need to undertake on the project,from the existing file uploaded.

1. Add an extra column to the excel spreadsheet and call it "Emotion Type"
2. Compare the "likes" to the "dislikes" figures of each video and if the dislikes is less than the likes(likes is more than the dislikes) then classify the video in the "emotion type" as "positive". conversely, if the dislikes is more than the likes (likes is less than the dislikes) then classify the video as "negative". Last but not least (take note) if the difference between the likes and dislikes is 10% or lower (for example if the likes is 300 and dislikes is 270) then classify the video as "bivalent".
