I need a virtual assistant to organize my spreadsheet of businesses

I am looking for a Personal Assistant to help organize information in my spreadsheet.

I have a list of 3500 businesses and I need to put the correct topics besides each business.

The topics are in the same spreadsheet as the businesses and just need to be copied and pasted over to the right spreadsheet cells.

I have done the first 25 entries correctly. Can you tell me how much you would charge to copy and paste the correct entry to each line and add a related topic where applicable.
