I need a pdf document re-typed into a Microsoft Word.

This is a typing job with MS Word skills required. I have a 21 page pdf document that I would like typed in Microsoft Word so it can be edited. The format of the document can stay exactly as it is in the original - so the job is just to re-type it faithfully to the content and format. The document is in outline and list format rather than text in paragraphs like a story. It is 21 pages so it should take about one hour. That is the complete job - just to make a MS Word document that looks exactly like my pdf document.
