I need a contact list updating and cleansing

Hello, we have a list of email addresses that we have exported from Gmail and it requires several actions to bring it to being a usable mailing list.

Actions
1, Removal of non-email addresses
2, removal of special characters and "mail to" text
3, removal of duplicates
4, Insertion of first and last name and company where applicable

The eventual goal is to end up with a clean usable list of email that I can import into my mailing program
