Our proposed budget is based on what we would pay weekly for the right person providing us with 20 solid and quality hours per week virtual assistance working remotely as below (We would need to do a paid trial before we could get to that level of hours etc). if someone could prove their worth to us the hourly rate it produces may be open to negotiation.
I run a very busy company that has been trading for over 13 years now
We provide prizes and services to Charity and fundraising events
I have various key people in my team that could do with their own PA - I have logistics staff, sales staff and operations staff who get bogged down in lots of admin and so do I !
We would like to trial working with one virtual PA between us who we can trust to provide brilliant admin, logistics and sales support quickly efficiently and is available Monday to Friday for us for several hours per day
Several of us may have tasks to send your way each day - we will prioritise the order they need doing
The things we may need doing could vary enormously day to day but all will need a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Things we may ask you to do may include but wont be limited to:
Writing professional letters/emails to clients based on us providing the basics of what is needed
Calling clients for feedback
Booking Hotels and vehicles
Researching/Emailing potential new suppliers and following up with telephone calls to negotiate best deals
Writing up new business proposals
Responding to customer service queries/complaints in a professional manner by email or phone
Proof reading our marketing materials
Researching potential new clients and finding leads
Researching potential new suppliers and making initial contact on our behalf
That's just a few things off the top of my head
We would want your writing skills and phone manner to be excellent and your attention to detail and efficiency to be second to none
We would need you to record accurately everything you do for us each day and report back thoroughly and in detail so that we know that despite the fact that you are working remotely you are giving us a great service and great value for money
If you can prove yourself a great asset to us we will have upto 20 hours per weeks work for you ongoing
We would need you to be available for 15 to 30 minutes at start or end of each day for a telephone chat to help issue the work or answer questions on it for you etc (we would want this to be not part of what we pay you to do)
Most of what we send you to do will be by email
I think it could be a great job for someone who wants regular and reliable work each work that they can do from home
Finally we would want someone who is honest about how long the work takes and lets us know accurately what they have done etc
