Help with mail merge (addresses ready for printing)

Hi. We are a healthcare training company and planning a mail out to various companies. We have lots of addresses and would like these put on a template and ready for us to print off as labels. Suspect no more than 2 hours work, however we do have lots more work and looking to build up relationship with freelancers. Our ideal person would be someone who has worked in UK healthcare field as we are also looking for a virtual assistant soon. Thanks
