Help with large EXCEL file

have already sent a proposal. Description

Estimated project duration: 1 day or less
Description of excel work: I have a huge spreadsheet and need help with the following:
- Insert blank rows beneath blocks of data
- Populate these blank rows with fixed text constants (e.g. one word) and also content derived from formulas referencing the columns above
- populate 2 columns based on whether or not two other columns have a value in them (mapping available for column population)
- rip excerpts of text from html code within another cell, e.g. Fabric:100% cotton and place into another cell as 'Fabric: 100% cotton'
Need it done ASAP please!
