Help! I need someone to get me organised

I run a busy company saving limited companies money. We actively use freelancers and I now require some people to join my team to manage me so that I can focus on revenue delivery, leaving the management of emails and management of tasks in a safe and reliable pair of hands.

You will have exceptional organisational skills, be inwardly confident, have good numeracy and literacy skills and above all a track record of succeeding in finding solutions rather than just reporting back what's happened.

I'm not the easiest person to work for but am happy to explain once, or even twice. By the 3rd time I've lost interest. There will be a lot of email management and chasing people. Some 'phone work is required too but we can provide a dial prefix so that we pay for your landline calls.

We use Google Apps for Business, SafeSync for Business, MS Office Pro and ideally want someone used to working in Google Chrome. Our business is cloud based.

This is a long term (years not months) assignment and I'm happy to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week.
