You’ll be available to assist customers during UK business hours, even though the role will initially only require 10-20 hours per month. As we expand in the UK and Europe, these hours will increase, so flexibility and commitment are key!
Key Responsibilities:
- Be on-call during UK business hours (8am – 5pm GMT/BST, Monday – Friday) to monitor, manage, and resolve support requests via email, phone, and live chat.
- Provide a positive, customer-focused experience with an approachable and professional phone manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Learn our products and processes swiftly to provide knowledgeable support.
What We're Looking For:
- Someone based in the UK and available during UK business hours is essential, even for limited requests. Initially, the role will require 10-20 hours per month, with potential to grow.
- A tech-savvy individual who is quick to learn new products and systems.
- Strong customer service skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple communication channels (email, phone, live chat) efficiently.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience providing support for a SaaS product.
- Familiarity with internal communications tools and platforms.
- Creative and copywriting skills to provide clear and concise responses.
