Administrator / Office Assistant - Commercial Prop Tech Agency
The Administrator / Office Assistant Role:
This will be a varied role offering administration support at all levels across the team. The successful candidate will be friendly and enthusiastic, with high levels of organisation, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage their own time effectively. You must have strong communication skills and be comfortable dealing with individuals at all levels of seniority. Working hours are flexible
Key Responsibilities:
+ Speaking to office agents to update and maintain our property platform
+ Creating and editing property reports
+ Liaising with councils on behalf of clients
+ Organising and booking in viewing tours
+ Managing our online marketing campaigns
+ Other ad-hoc general administration tasks
The Ideal Candidate:
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Proactive approach to tasks with the ability to manage your own time
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
+ An interest in the commercial property industry (Although full training will be provided)
+ Prior experience working in an office environment
