Hello,
We need assistance formatting Word Documents. We have approximately 150 x Word Documents which need to be formatted in the manner described below. Please provide your quote per document and list your expected time frame per document. We may engage one contractor or many depending upon quotes and time frames received in quotes.
Requirements:
For each Word Document (documents are between 150 and 200 pages), do the following tasks:
Discard contents page and other pages at the beginning of the original document, before the first chapter
Create separate documents for each chapter
Insert cover page design supplied to be the cover page for each separate document and title the chapter name (without the words chapter or the chapter number).
Footer removed on each page. Footer wording changed.
Remove practice tasks sections
Remove discussion topics sections
Remove checklist for chapter sections
Remove assessment activity sections
Remove Final Assessment sections
Remove Employability Skills sections
Remove Record your employability skills sections
Change text to Arial 10
Change colour of headings from navy blue to teal (number supplied)
Remove page numbering
Save as a .doc or .docx file
Name file the document title
Fix general formatting and text alignment
Save all documents in a file, named the unit name, zip and email to email address provided
