Finding decision makers on LinkedIn

I will give a list of companies, and with that list, I will need you to do the following:

1) go to LinkedIn
2) look through the people at that company
3) look for key decision makers in the IT department
4) find as much contact info as possible

The deliverable I request from you is a Google Doc with the following:

1) name of company
2) name of person
3) URL of LinkedIn
4) Email from Find That Lead (if possible)
5) any other contact info you can find

I am looking for works who can quickly (and creatively!) research contact info. In your proposal, please give the following:

1) List of toolsets and resources that you bring to the table (Data.com, Rapportive, Find That Lead, Discoverorg, etc) that make you more efficient than other candidates, please note it in your proposal.
2) The amount of leads that you will generate per $100 (or give me a price per lead). I would prefer to pay increments of $100, but I am open to smaller increments ($25 or $50) if that is more helpful, and I am also open to paying percentages of work after that.
