FAST Scrapping / Data-mining expert required

General information for the website: Property Detail's
Description of requirements/features: I require a person/team of people who can scrape property photos and property information from a will known property rental websites (ownersdirect.co.uk).

The job itself is simple enough, but I will award it to the person/team that can do the job the FASTEST. I do not require the full website scrapped, initially I only require details of properties in one specific area. In total this area has aprox 650 properties. I only need these 650 to begin with.

I will require the following information copied/scrapped and stored in a database...

A. Type of property
B. All the photos scrapped,
C. The property description scrapped
D. Property location
E. The price for every month
F. Facilities information
G. Availability (if possible)
H. Owners name & contact details

I need you to use your initiative and study this website and scrape everything that I will need to then be able to add this information to my own property website. Please inspect this website and answer the following questions which will help me choose the person I wish to work with. I would like to choose some within 24 hours to start this job.

1. How many properties each day do you feel you can scrape for me?
2. How many person will scrape, just one person or more?
3. Will you do this manually, or can you build software to do this?
4. If build software, please explain?
5. What price will you charge for all 650 properties?
6. When can you start/finish all 650 properties?

Please answer all questions. When this location is completed, I have additional scrapping work also.
