We're a fast-growing dynamic customer acquisition agency based in the UK but with global ambitions. Due to excellent diversification in the last 12 months, and exciting plans for the future, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Administrator to join us. You will be involved in many different aspects of the business ensuring that operations run smoothly whilst also contributing to new business projects and initiatives. You will also be directly supporting the MD as an Executive Assistant.
**Key Responsibilities**
This will be a varied role involving operational involvement, customer contact, sales support and reporting and administration.
- Managing and responding to all inbound enquiries - whether from direct clients or end users
- General account management duties - dealing with client phone calls & emails (queries, support and customer service)
- On-boarding new clients by gathering necessary information via email / calls and sending out agreements
- Liaising with other team members to ensure fulfilment of client order
- Invoicing, managing client budgets and ensuring deliverables are adhered to on both sides
- Sales support including research, prospecting, initial contact and social media updates
- Supporting new areas of the business including research and general input into new company initiatives
- Monitoring company subscriptions and renewals for services and products we utilise
- Assisting the MD with recruitment, general admin and organisation
**Your Experience**
We seek someone who has excellent experience as an Administrator.
- 5 years Administration experience
- Strong computer / IT skills and familiarity with cloud based Apps (such as Google Drive, Skype)
**Your Strengths**
- Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to work
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed whilst multi-taking and/or under pressure
- Real passion for developing customer relationships
- Problem-solving and resourceful attitude
- Ability to prioritise a variety of tasks, projects and responsibilities
*Other Important Details**
1. We're looking for someone who can join us immediately and support on a part-time basis. The responsibilities would be limited accordingly. The idea would be to increase the hours in the middle of January. We'd like someone who can do full-time or very close to full-time hours at that point.
2. This a remote role, however we'd like someone who is able to travel once a month to meet the team and the MD in West Yorkshire. This is something that will be discussed next year, when it's more feasible and practical to do this.
3. We also sometimes to do international meet-ups - company paid. So we're looking for someone who would be open to travelling if required. Again, this is not on the agenda until mid 2021 and is dependant on how the coming months unfold in relation to the pandemic.
