Excel Tracker with Graphs, Dropdown, and Quick Glance Sheet

I need someone who can make an Excel workbook from scratch with the following.

First tab: containing data information in columns for;
Student ID, Student Last Name, Student First Name, Grade, District, Tier 2 Reading, Tier 2 Math
2nd tab: pulls that data into a formatted chart and graph
This tab needs to pull the information from tab 1 and then provide fields for additional information that can be typed directly into boxes and saved- (screenshot is below)
I also need two graphs; one for attendance (by 10% increments) and one for academic progress


I have snapshots of the dashboard view, but again, this needs to be made from scratch.
