Excel spreedsheet to keep track of all kind of bets

A few months ago I put a job on here and it was done very quickly.

Now a need a new sprees sheet which is v similar.
I need to keep track of the following sports all in one spreedsheet
Horse racing
Football
Rugby
Tennis
Cricket
Other sports

I will be getting tips again from GT TIPS
I will also be betting myself as well. I would like a summary page of my bets on these sports and GT TIPS on same sports to compare. I would like a monthly summary and if possible a weekly summary as well.
