Excel Spreadsheet - Fuel usage calculator

I require an Excel spreadsheet to track the amount of fuel/diesel used on a construction site.

The sheet needs to be able to calculate the amount of fuel used (in litres) for individual contractors and not as a total for all. There also needs to be a function where I can input the amount of fuel which is delivered to the tank.

I need to be able to select a contractor name, and view in total how much fuel has been used.

The sheet needs to contain: DATE / CONTRACTOR NAME / LITRES USED / COMMENTS SECTION

If possible also the ability to create bar chart graphs for monthly usage per contractor.
