Excel Mastersheet

We've moved all remote staff to an app-based log in/out shift recording system (via mobile phone). We extract this data in excel and I'd like a master sheet created whereby we can input the data this raises any shortfall/overtime hours and essentially collates an employee's total hours.*

We're a commercial cleaning company, therefore a large proportion of our staff have set hours. I'd like to be able to run weekly reports and tally this with what hours should have been worked against actual hours.

This document will also assist in our fortnightly/monthly payroll process. We have somewhere in the region of 50 cleaners who work daily, so this document will need to be very clear for all stakeholders.

I've attached a copy of the report we download and this can be amended at source i.e if someone forgets to sign out we can amend.
