I have an excel spreadsheet with 200 rows of data

I need to extract the data in each row to populate a PO template that I have set up on another excel spreadsheet and save each PO into a folder in an excel version and a pdf version

    Quick question though: you mean, pull out some infos from one main source file into a PO spreadsheet; each of the 200 rows of records, and save each into separate folder, where each folder contains one spreadsheet and one pdf file?
    OR
    You will do the saving into each folder while the Seller (myself) will do JUST the extraction onto each spreadsheet?
