Excel data

I have a spreadsheet of articles, relating to contract wins. There are 1,600-odd rows at the moment.
At the moment, I have columns of

- Headline - contains the article headline
- Date - contains the article date
- Article - contains the article

I have further columns, which are empty. I need you to go through the article in Excel, and then fill in the other cells for each contract, with the relevant data

- Contractor - find the name of the contractor (e.g. Compass, or Caterlink). These MUST be standardised names, they can't be Compass Ltd, or Compass PLC)
- Client - the name of the client, or customer (e.g. Barclays, or Kingston upon Hull City Council)
- Client Contact - if it exists, the name of the contact for the client (Nick Webb, Head of Office Enablement)
- Value £m - if it exists, the value in £m of the contract
- Years - if it exists, the number of years that the contract runs for
- Value/Year £m - ignore this, this is a calcuation.
- Renewal Date - ignore this, this is a calculation
- Services - the services being provided by the contractor. I need to standardise the services as much as possible, so I will provide you with a list of them.
- Sector - the sector in which the client is, for example, government, or leisure, or education.
