Excel - create performance/KPI workbook to convert daily download of raw data

Description of excel work: Hi - I work in a warehouse -and extract daily certain parameters into a xls format...primarily time based data for each shipment. In total there are approx. 15-20 parameters per load (arrival time, departure time etc etc). I want someone to set-up an xls worksheet/macros for me so I can easily review the raw data such as: top 5 loads with biggest delay, root causing, average delay (hrs).

I still need 1 day to map out the end 'report' that I wish to look at daily....but expect for someone proficient in xls this is 3-4hours work.

I need it to be visually powerful.
Design and target audience: daily KPI/performance tracking for use in a daily morning meeting.
Extra notes: would need to turn around in 2-3 days.
