I need a person with secretarial skills to work from home:
organizing requests ( emails and phone numbers) into a weekly spreadsheet
update them
weekly follow up requests via email.
It works out only 1 hour per week from home on Thursdays and follow up Fridays.
4 hour per month online working from home.
Knowledge of Social Media, specially Hoosuite will be a plus.
Possibly also be answering phone calls.
I will draw a confidentially contract between you and my company and I am setting up the paperwork with a law firm in order to be protected/
