Entering sales orders online + preparing sales invoices on excel

Hello,

I have a small clothing company, selling online as well as to wholesale clients.

I need to help to

1- enter sales order on my warehouse's website.
Online orders take around 3 to 5 minutes to process. We receive in average 1 order a day - but it can go up to 5 some days.
Wholesale orders take between 10 and 15 minutes to process. In average we have 5 orders a week.

2- prepare sales invoices for wholesale orders
invoices can be run on an excel template, like the attached example.
Most clients are existing ones, so it is possible to use previous version showing client address.

Ideally the person will be available during the day and able to respond and enter orders and prepare invoices within an hour, 2 hours at the most (but orders sent between the afternoon and the morning can be processed any time, as long as they are in the system in the morning).

Of course accuracy is key.
