EMail marketing support

We're a very small company looking to get organized with a regular email marketing campaign to around 500 people.

This job is the first step in helping us set things up:

1. We'll be using dotmailer.com
2. Compile a spreadsheet that’s in the right format to import into dotmailer as well something we can keep going as a database. Sources:
a. A spreadsheet of about 130 contact names, though not all are still current or prospects so this will need cross-checking against LinkedIn
b. About 600 LinkedIn contacts exported into a spreadsheet
c. Other contacts to be harvested from emails and cross-checked
3. The spreadsheet will need tidying up and duplicates removing. You’ll need to work out how to handle multiple emails for the same people
4. Create appropriate mailing lists in dotmailer to match selected groupings
6. Support creation of the first mailshot and testing . The main content will be extracts from an existing blog, so copy writing isn't required.
