Experience Level: Entry
I am looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage and scale my e-commerce reselling business. Your primary responsibility will be taking raw product photos and brief notes and turning them into high-quality, search-optimized drafts across multiple marketplace platforms (specifically eBay, Vinted, and Depop).
This is a part-time, flexible position. You will be paid a fixed rate per listing completed, meaning the faster and more accurate you are, the more you can earn.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft Creation: Create accurate listing drafts on eBay using provided product photos, measurements, and basic condition notes.
SEO Optimization: Write clear, search-friendly titles and structured item descriptions using our specific templates.
Cross-Listing Management: Utilize cross-listing software (e.g., Vendoo/Flip) to prepare drafts so they are ready to be published seamlessly across Vinted and Depop.
Inventory & Pricing: Fill out all item specifics accurately (size, brand, material, condition) to ensure high visibility in search results.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as an e-commerce VA (specifically working with eBay, Vinted, Depop, or Poshmark).
Familiarity with cross-listing tools (Vendoo, Flip, or similar software) is a massive plus.
Strong written English skills with a sharp eye for spelling, grammar, and formatting.
Familiarity with Western fashion brands, styles, and clothing terminology.
A reliable computer and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
Compensation & Hours:
Type: Part-Time / Project-Based (Piece-Rate).
Rate: Paid a fixed rate per completed listing package.
