Data inputting

I require someone who can take data for a particular website, i will define the requirements and then i need it put into a simple excel table see below. This is to help me build system model. I will also have some project work ongoing for someone who would like to work with me doing simple data inputing. Entries required estimated to be around 1200 entries for the first project.
