Data Entry with some Research - Multiple Projects

Hello!

I need help with data entry from XL and PDF files into WordPress.

There are four documents with four regional locations of businesses that sell my clients product. We are building a large map with all the locations across four states.

The process involves a little bit of internet research as well. It goes like this:

1. Copy the name of the business and address and go to Google
2. Grab a picture of the location from Google maps and a short description either from the Google info box, their actual website or their facebook page - some are easier to find than others.
3. In the WordPress site, click "Locations > Add New" - Enter the location name, paste in the description, scroll down to the special map field we have and paste in the address, click "locate" and save the pin to the map - then click publish.

Not too bad, just takes time and is a bit tedious. I've been doing about 10 a week but at this rate the map will never be complete!

Is this a task you can help with? I don't have a total number of locations yet, but it's definitely over 100 but probably less than 400.
