The Job

A data entry person is required with a high standard of English and an appreciation of SEO.

A person is required to set-up a number of business listing internet accounts. The set-up process varies for each site, but basically involves copying data from an Excel form and pasting into specific cells in a number of website as well as uploading images. Up to 20 websites are used and a process needs to be followed to set each up.

Each website is different, some are more complex than others and can take anything from 5 minutes to 20 minutes to set-up. There are elements of complexity in managing each set-up, for example, on some occasions you will need to make a [SKYPE] telephone call to a client and talk them through a telephone activation, so please only apply if you are willing to learn the different websites and have a good command of English. Support will be provided whilst you learn to set-up each site.

Initially each job will consist of batches of up to 6 to unique \'work packages\'. However, the volume and frequency of work packages per batch could rise depending on your capacity.
Each work package currently takes a maximum of 3 man hours to complete. For example, a batch of 6 \'work packages\' will take approximately 18 hours.
We will pay on the basis that it takes 3 man hours per work package, but if you do it in less time (on the condition the quality is good) we will still pay you for 3 hours.
Going forward, we will pay a fixed fee per work package.

There is also some flexibility as to when the work needs to be done, i.e. you can spread it over a period of time if it suits you, however, you must complete within a specified time frame. Once you are familiar with each website, you will quickly be able to manage your time to suit you.

We will require a number of people to do this on a regular basis, so this has the potential of being a very good regular and flexible job for successful applicants.

Your first job will be a batch of 6 work packages plus an additional 2 hours learning time (for this first batch only) taking the total job to 20 hours.

Conditions:
-Must be a fluent English speaker.
-Tools needed: Excel
-Must have a good broadband connection.
-Must have Skype (or equivalent) with ability to dial UK land-line numbers.
-Must pay attention to detail essential (although this is a \'cut and paste job\'- you still need to put the right data in the right cells!).
