Data entry into Google Sheets

My not for prophet organization has its bank statements for the year 2020 in pdf format. I need someone to transfer every statement into google sheets so that I can go through each line to determine whether the allocation was Program related, Fundraising related or General Purpose related. We are a small non-profit. Under $50,000 a year. So there are not that many transaction.
