Data entry into Excel

Data entry - Excel spreadsheet - I have 600 records currently on paper that require entry into an Excel spreadsheet. Fields are - Contact name - Company Address 1 - Address 2 - Address 3 - Address 4 - Tel no. - Contact email address - Other information..
We are based in Bagshot Surrey we can travel anywhere within an hour to give you the paper details or send to you but you must be UK based. Must be able to mail merge the database once completed for eShots. Also have a very good command of the English language and understand UK addresses and postcodes.
Later we would hope you can manage the eShots for us at a later date but that is not part of this current contract.
