Data entry for Accommodation Website (Joomla)

I require data entry for an accommodatiotn website I am working on.

I am creating the property listing, but need someone to do the following

Brief:

1) Login to the admin, and add data to the listings I have created.
2) search google for the property name and add photos for that property (large as possible as website rescales them
3) Add data in the description from the link that I provide for the old website version.

There will be around 2000 properties in total I am creating , so would prefer a good rate based on fee per listing?
rather than time. value quotes welcome, location wise UK/overseas (with good feedback welcome)
